Meet our WMOR family. The Emelander's are the founding family, but we have really grown!

Lorna came up with the idea and convinced Darin and Dave. Then the three were a force to be reckoned with.  Before we knew it, Tim & Stacie were part of the team. 

Lorna, the CEO, manages the gates and any issues during the day, and is the head scorer, arbitrator, and voice of reason in the scorers' box during the races. She has the final say over any scoring matters, disputes, or issues.

Darin, the Law, along with Dave, spends hours and hours building the track prior to each race and makes sure each of our promo cars are running safe and sound. He also runs tech and is head flag man. 

Dave, the Face, markets with local businesses and advertising agencies and circulates all the great happenings before and after races. During the race he operates one of the sky trax and gets the field cleared fast. 

Tim & Stacie began running the registration booth, and our roles have certainly changed over the past 2 years. (Yes, believe it or not this is only our third year!) Now, Tim runs the computer during the race, sets up the heats before the race and controls (mostly, but Stacie helps) the website. So I guess he is the web-master-scoring-machine. Stacie now sits in the announcer booth and does what she does best, TALK! From a crazy circumstance, began Stacie's career as the Voice! So...needless to say we are neck, if not heart, deep in West Michigan Off-Road. 

This year we added, Jen to the mix with her beautiful rendition of the National Anthem and Russ' energy throughout the show.
